How Do We Behave?

The foundation and core values of our group are:

  • Surprise & Delight – The enemy of great is not bad, the enemy is good. RSF does not settle for “good enough” service. Rather we work the edges, provide proactive care and strive to always do better. The ultimate goal is to overdeliver and exceed expectations.
  • Family-like Kindness – Our clients are not just “customers” and RSF team members are not just “employees.” We spend more of our waking day with each other than we do our own families. We treat each other, and serve our client-friends, how we would our grandparents, parents or siblings. If the person across the table was our own family member, would we make a similar recommendation?
  • Naked, Impartial & Vulnerable – Discussions centered around finances, family, fears, concerns, dreams and legacies can be difficult and uncomfortable. Yet are very meaningful conversations to have. Transparency provides RSF the platform to be our client’s advocate. Each day we arrive closer to what Kaleb’s wife answers to the question, “What does your husband do at RSF?” She responds “RSF takes care of people.”
